A number of well-appointed rooms are suitable for professionals to let. Each tenant is responsible for making their own bookings and billing. A ‘meet and greet’ receptionist and cleaning of the rooms is undertaken by The Peartree staff and is included in the rental as is water and electricity, provided each practitioner uses gas only to heat their rooms in winter.
Uncapped wifi and security are included as well as generous off-street parking.
There are two suites of offices/rooms which can function separately from the main Peartree Centre, viz: ‘Peartree on 39’ and ‘Peartree on East’.
Room sizes start at 9 sqm from R4 500 per month to 15 sqm from R6 500 going up to 40 sqm with the largest room being 90 sqm (prices excl VAT). Tenants are welcome to have a maximum of two sub-tenants per room.
As such, The Peartree is a central hub where a committed number of health professionals have chosen to base their practices. While each practitioner runs their own business, they all operate together as a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcome for each client.
No more running around getting different opinions from various practitioners, at The Peartree you are treated holistically and can choose to follow the practitioner’s referrals if you wish.
There is plenty of secure off-street parking and a variety of garden patios to choose from to enjoy your complimentary tea/coffee.
Our practitioners hold regular seminars in our large training room which can also be booked by outside parties. By the same token, our garden areas are ideal for your weekend kid’s parties, family get-togethers or to celebrate any special occasion.
