There are a variety of rooms of various sizes suitable for practitioners who are interested in working alongside fellow practitioners at The Peartree. Each tenant is responsible for making their own bookings and billing. A ‘meet and greet’ receptionist and cleaning of the rooms is undertaken by The Peartree staff and is included in the rental as is water and electricity, provided each practitioner uses gas only to heat their rooms in winter.

Uncapped wifi and security are included as well as generous off-street parking.

There are two suites of offices/rooms which can function separately from the main Peartree Centre, viz: ‘Peartree on 39’ and ‘Peartree on East’.

 Room sizes start at 9 sqm from R4 500 per month to 15 sqm from R6 500 going up to 40 sqm with the largest room being 90 sqm (prices excl VAT). Tenants are welcome to have a maximum of two sub-tenants per room.
