A number of well-appointed rooms are suitable for professionals to let. There is also a suite of three newly-refurbished offices/rooms, Peartree on East, with a dedicated bathroom and kitchenette, which can operate independently from Peartree with its own entrance and parking.
Room sizes start at 9 sqm from R4 500 per month to 15 sqm from R6 500 going up to 40 sqm with the largest room being 90 sqm (prices excl VAT). Tenants are welcome to have a maximum of two sub-tenants per room.
